This means anything that requires circulating through your body eg. blood, oxygen will flow more freely as the heart muscle becomes more capable of pumping the blood which carries oxygen to the working muscles. A fitter heart encourages less heart disease.

Building strength not only provides us a stronger frame with a greater ability to support our own body weight but it gives us improved confidence and helps to minimise injury and disease like osteoporosis.
