Excellent Comfort Drink

Prior to bed mix up the following to help prevent those hunger pains in the night or even first thing in the morning to see you through to your next meal.

Blend together:

A handful of raw cashews.
A cup of water.
A blob of honey.
A pinch a sea salt.
A teaspoon of cinnamon.
A teaspoon of nutmeg.
And a teaspoon of cardamon.

Mix well and drink. Delicious!
